Jyna
Record your visits your way.
Write with the pen on the tablet, just as you would on paper, on your own forms. Or record the visit by voice, and Jyna turns it into the document you've set up for that service, with every detail in its field. Then it follows each pregnancy and ICSI cycle with you and tells you what's due.
Jyna gives you several ways to work, so it fits the way each doctor works. And you can talk directly to the engineer who builds it, to find new ideas and better ways of working for your clinic.
Your country's full drug list is built in, wherever your clinic is in the Middle East. Look up any drug by brand or active ingredient, in Arabic or English, and add it to the prescription with a tap.
Today
If your files are in a notes app, your appointments in a paper book and your patients in twenty WhatsApp chats… Jyna was made for you.
Before: A notes app, or a complex-wide system that knows neither the week of pregnancy nor the day of the cycle
Now: One file per patient, written or dictated, and the same file at every branch.
Before: A paper appointment book and calls all day
Now: One calendar for all your branches, and a WhatsApp bot that takes the bookings and the load off the desk.
Before: WhatsApp chats scattered on your phone
Now: One inbox for the clinic, and a page for every patient on her own phone.
The file
With the pen or your voice. You choose.
Every doctor works differently. Some think best with a pen in hand, others would rather talk the visit through. Tell us which services you offer and what you want to collect from each visit, and we build your documents and fields to fit. However you record it, the visit lands in its document and its fields, in the patient's file.
- The pen, just like paperWe put your own forms on the tablet: the first-visit sheet, the antenatal table, your letterhead page. You write as you do on paper, palm resting on the screen, even when the Wi-Fi drops. Each box knows its field, and the page is kept exactly as you wrote it.
- Your voice, turned into your documentRecord during the visit or after it, and Jyna turns the recording into the document you've defined for that service, whether it's an antenatal visit, a day of an ICSI cycle or a consultation, with each value in its field. You read it, fix anything that needs fixing, and sign.
- And the keyboard, if you'd like itThe same forms can be typed, with dates and choices a tap away. It's also where the receptionist handles bookings and contact details.
- Your country's drug list, built inThe drug lists of the Middle East, complete and kept up to date, and you work from your own country's. Search by brand or active ingredient, in Arabic or English, and see the maker, the class and the route before you prescribe. Diagnoses in ICD-10 and ICD-11, lab tests and radiology are there too.
Nothing goes into the file until you sign it. Whatever Jyna reads from your page or hears in your recording stays a draft until you confirm it. And a signed page never changes: a correction is a new, dated entry, and the first version stays as it was.
Each box knows its field. Numbers are read off for you to confirm, and your words stay in your own handwriting.
Noura, antenatal follow-up. Blood pressure one ten over seventy, weight sixty-eight. Scan: single intrauterine sac, seven weeks and two days, heartbeat positive. Plan: folic acid and vitamin D, follow-up in four weeks.
Rather type? The same form on the keyboard, with dates and choices a tap away, and everything goes into the same fields.
Your archive
Your old files come in as they are.
Photos of paper sheets, PDFs, tablet notes, a Drive folder: bring whatever you have. Every page goes into its patient's file in date order, as the original, and we handle the import with you.
- The original stays the originalAn imported photo or page shows exactly as it arrived, with its date and where it came from. Anything the software reads off it only helps you search; it never replaces the page.
- A name and a date are enoughWe match each page to its patient by name, file number and date. The few we can't place come back to you as a short list. We don't guess.
- The next visit starts from the old pageOpen her file and the earlier years sit right above today's page. You write underneath.
Nobody retypes a thing. We count the pages with you before we start, so you know the time and the cost up front.
Follow-up
Every pregnancy and every ICSI cycle, on one timeline.
Every pregnancy, every ICSI cycle and every gynae problem follows a course of steps, each with its window counted from a key date. Jyna does the counting and tells you what's due and for whom. What happens next is your call.
- Ready-made plans you can changePregnancy from week 0 to 40, and the ICSI cycle day by day: stimulation, the monitoring scans, the trigger, retrieval, transfer, beta hCG. You can change any window to match the way you work.
- One due list, three viewsThe receptionist sees the steps that are due and still unbooked. You see the next step for each patient on the line above your page. The patient sees what's coming on her own page.
- Reminders for the step, not just the visitA test, an injection at its hour, a scan: the patient gets a WhatsApp message when it's time, so fewer steps get missed and fewer visits are lost.
Jyna keeps the list. You make the decisions. It never diagnoses or picks a treatment, and the windows follow the guidelines you work by.
Window: week 11 to 14 · Due
Window: day 8 to 10 · 2 days late
Due list · today
- Noura A.NT scan · week 12Due
- Reem S.Glucose tolerance test · week 25Booked

Patients
Your patients stay close, without the WhatsApp chaos.
Every patient gets a page on her phone. The clinic gets one WhatsApp number that takes bookings, sends reminders and receives results. And you get one inbox, sorted by the receptionist, so only what actually needs you reaches you.
- A WhatsApp bot that books like your receptionistThe patient messages the clinic's number. The bot knows her from her number, asks what the visit is for, offers the free days and times at each branch as buttons, books her in and sends the confirmation with a map. Anything it can't handle goes to the receptionist on the same number.
- A page for the patient, under your clinic's nameShe opens it with a link and a one-time code. No app to install, no password to remember. On it she finds her next visit with the branch and a map, what's coming in the next few weeks and how to prepare for it, her current prescription, the clinic's hours and the emergency line.
- One inbox for the whole clinicEvery message, whether it came through WhatsApp or the patient's page, lands in the same place. A photo of a result goes straight into her file. You answer only what needs you, with the pen or a voice note.
A patient gets a time window, not a minute. Every message and screen shows her a part of the day, say 4 to 6, and she's seen in her turn, just as your clinic runs today. And nothing medical ever shows on her lock screen.

Clinic day
Three screens, one second apart.
The receptionist is at the desk, the nurse is taking measurements, and you're in the room. Whatever one of you does shows up on the other two screens within a second, with no phone call and nobody calling through the door. And nothing ever pops up over your page: just one quiet line at the top.
Each address keeps its own weekly hours, and a holiday closes them all at once. When a patient books she sees the times at every branch, and picking a time picks the branch.
The service decides whether a patient goes to the nurse before you. And you can reorder the queue yourself with a tap.
You add a service you did in the room, the receptionist sees it straight away and collects for it.
It installs as a web app on your tablet, phone and computer, in Arabic and English.
Safeguards
If a file is ever questioned, the answer is in the file.
You can see who opened a file and when, who changed what, and which page was signed and when. The patient's consent is signed in her own hand and kept in her file, and you can export all of your clinic's data whenever you like.
Who opened which file, who changed what, and when. The clinic's owner can see all of it.
A correction is a new entry with its own date, and the first version stays visible. Nothing changes in silence.
A consent page in Arabic and English that the patient signs when she registers, kept in her file.
Your login asks for a second code. Sessions expire on their own, and you can see which devices are signed in.
The receptionist sees bookings and contact details, and that's all. The clinical pages are yours alone. And nothing about a patient is left behind in the browser.
Export everything whenever you like. Your data is backed up, and we test that the backups really restore.
Where is the data kept? We agree on it with you and write it into your contract.

Why a general clinic program isn't enough.
Most clinic software is made for every specialty at once: forms you fill in on a keyboard and a reminder before the visit. Here's what changes when it's made for OB/GYN and ICSI.
| Item | A general clinic program | Jyna |
|---|---|---|
| An OB/GYN and ICSI record | A generic template, or fields you add | Pregnancy and the ICSI cycle, with their steps and windows |
| How the visit is recorded | On a keyboard | With the pen, your voice or the keyboard, on your own forms |
| What is due | A reminder for the visit | A due list by step: a scan, a test, an injection at its hour |
| Your old files | Retyped, or left behind | Come in as they are, in date order, and we do the importing |
| A separate bot, or reminders only | Books, reminds, and files result photos in the patient's file | |
| A signed page | Can be edited | Locks. A correction is a new dated entry |
Growth
Patients find you on Google, under your clinic's name.
Before a patient calls, she searches. We build your clinic's presence online, and it stays yours: a page with the facts, health articles in Arabic, an up-to-date Google Business Profile, and a review request after each visit.
- A clinic page that sticks to the factsYour services, your branches with maps, opening hours, your titles and accreditations, and a “Book on WhatsApp” button. In Arabic and English, under your clinic's name and letterhead, not ours.
- Health pages in Arabic, found in local searchThe questions patients ask before a visit, answered in the Arabic they actually type into a search box, marked up so search engines understand them, and the Business Profile on the map with your hours and branches.
- Your patients book on your own numberA patient who already knows you goes from the page straight to the clinic's WhatsApp. There's no platform in between and no fee per booking, and the booking is on your desk's screen the moment it's made.
How we start
Four steps, and you commit to nothing before the second.
We start from your forms, your services and the way you like to work, and from your files as they are. And if it doesn't feel right, we stop there, no hard feelings.
You tell us how you work
Send us your forms and a sample of old files, and tell us your services and what you want to record for each. We build your documents and fields on that, and you talk directly with the engineer who builds them.
One weekYou try Jyna your way, on your own tablet
Write a visit with the pen on your form, record another by voice, and see what lands in the file. If it doesn't suit you, we don't go on, and that's agreed from the start.
One session · no commitmentWe import your files and open the clinic
Your old pages go into your patients' files in date order. The receptionist books, the nurse measures, and you record the visit your way.
Depends on the archiveWhatsApp, the patient page, then Google
The bot, the reminders and the inbox go live on the clinic's number, then your clinic page goes up in search.
When you're readyPlans
Two plans and one add-on.
You start with the file and the follow-up. When you want fewer missed visits, you add the WhatsApp receptionist, and when you're ready to be found on Google, you add your clinic page.

- A “Book on WhatsApp” button that reaches the bot
Jyna works alongside your embryology lab's system, not instead of it: the cycle, its steps and its dates live in Jyna, and the lab keeps its own system. Centres have their own pricing.
Today Jyna is built for one doctor's clinic with a receptionist and an nurse. Complexes with several doctors are our next step, so tell us about yours and we'll plan it with you.
You pay a monthly subscription per doctor, plus a one-time setup fee that depends on the size of your archive and the number of branches. Ask for the price list and you'll have it on WhatsApp within a working day.
Questions
What doctors ask before they say yes.
Do I have to type?
No. Write with the pen, record by voice, or type if you'd rather. Whichever you choose, the visit goes into the same document and fields.
Which tablet?
Any Android tablet that takes a pen. We try the pen on your own device and your own form before you commit to anything. If you don't have a tablet yet, we bring one to the demo, and you can ask about getting one with the subscription.
Where is my patients' data kept?
We agree on it with you and write it into your contract. Only you and the people you allow can open a file, and every opening is logged.
Does Jyna work offline?
Writing with the pen does: you keep writing without Wi-Fi, and the pages upload when the connection's back. Bookings, messages and the patient's page need a connection.
Does Jyna diagnose or suggest treatment?
No. It tells you what's due, and anything it reads off a page or hears in a recording comes to you as a draft to confirm. The medical decision is yours alone.
Can the receptionist see patient files?
Only the bookings and contact details. Visits, diagnoses, pen pages and imported files are yours alone, and the system keeps a log of who opened what.
What does the patient see about her appointment?
A part of the day, say “4 to 6”, in every message and on every screen, and she's seen in her turn. That's how most clinics already work, and it keeps the desk from promising a time the day can't keep.
Arabic or English?
Both, fully, on every screen, and each person on the team picks their own. Prescriptions print in either language.
We have several doctors in the complex.
Today Jyna is built for one doctor's clinic with a receptionist and an nurse. Complexes with several doctors are our next step, so tell us about yours and we'll plan it with you.
Does Jyna issue ZATCA-compliant e-invoices?
Not yet. Today the service and the payment are recorded at the reception desk. E-invoicing is on the roadmap, so tell us if you can't start without it.
My bookings come from a booking platform. Do they come in?
Not on their own yet. The receptionist enters them in the calendar for now, and we're working on an import. Bookings your patients make on your clinic's own number, by the way, carry no fee per booking.
Does Jyna handle insurance claims and NPHIES?
Not today. Jyna is the clinical file, the follow-up and WhatsApp; insurance claims and approvals stay in the system your complex already uses for them.
Demo
Ask for a demo on your own forms.
Twenty minutes, on a video call or at your clinic. Send us one of your forms beforehand and we'll set up a demo file on it, so you can try the pen and the voice yourself.
We'll reply within a working day to set a time for the demo. If you send one of your forms in the same chat, we'll have the demo file ready on it before we meet.
